Wired News: No Protection for Bloggers

Fellow Bloggers beware: you are no longer safe from the law! Info is available from the link below (it links to the web site for Wired News, a technology news magazine). For those interested in a case study, I find Toobis offers a good example of what they're talking about, as he is running into some trouble with the law in Canada (I do not personally know Toobis).
